Chris Welsh, Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

Chris Welsh, Senior Vice President Enterprise Solutions at Randstad Canada is responsible for the management, sales, and delivery of enterprise staffing programs across all Lines of Business. This enterprise approach to client relationships has allowed large companies to meet all of their hiring needs across categories and geographies, while ensuring that individual service is always provided by a sector specialist in the local geography. At the same time, Chris is also responsible for leading the Permanent Placement Practice nationally for Randstad Technologies.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 2000, Chris has served as an Account Manager, Team Lead, and Client Executive in the Technology division. Starting in 2010, Chris moved to an enterprise role serving all lines of business as a Group Client Executive and Vice President, Enterprise Solutions. He has also been the country lead for Randstad Sourceright, leading the RPO and MSP business; before moving into his current SVP role.
