Jennifer Banks-Halliday, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development is responsible for the strategy and development of Randstad Canada’s new and existing lines of business and services. As an integral part of the management team, Jennifer has built an impressive portfolio of experience across numerous specialties including but not limited to brand development, e-marketing, candidate recruiting, client attraction and retention, internal communications, public relations and employer branding.

Jennifer joined Randstad Canada in 2000 when the Canadian operations were in their infancy stages and built an impressive, best-in-class marketing operation from the ground up through a combination of her sharp eye for raw talent, effective coaching and her ability to translate the vision of the business into individual development objectives for her team.
